How does it Work?
Refer: If we fill a permanent or temporary vacancy with someone you refer to us, we will pay you up to £250*.
Remain: Find your job with us and remain with us or choose us as your agent and we will pay you up to £250*.
We want to be your agent of choice wherever you decide to work.

You must gain express permission from the referred candidate to pass their information to Spark Hire Solutions, prior to sending us their contact information. The referral must be a new candidate to our database or someone who has not been contacted by Spark Hire Solutions in over 12 months. Refer and remaining fees will be paid once the candidate has completed 8 weeks’ worth of timesheets (contractor role) or passed their probationary period (permanent role). You must choose to remain with us when changing to work for a different client. Transfers with the same client do not apply. Referral fees will be paid as follows: Temporary placement. Average weekly agency fee is less than £100 p/w = £100 referral fee Temporary placement. Average weekly agency fee is more than £100 p/w = £250 referral fee Permanent placement. Salary less than £25,000 = £100 referral fee Permanent placement. Salary more than £25,000 = £250 referral fee
